Our installation team is experienced, dedicated and stays up-to- date on the newest products available to install. They work closely with the homeowner, contractor, or builder to be an asset in the management of the job. This helps keep project costs down  and speeds up the completion of the job.

In business in downtown Kennewick for over ten years, we are here to guide you through the entire process of your project from thinking stage, to install. In our showroom, we offer a large selection of porcelain and ceramic tile in all the latest colors, and formats. Wood looking tile, vintage looking tile, gray tones galore, glass tile, ceramic tile the list goes on and on. Don’t forget about our mosaic tile and decorative tile for the backsplash.

When deciding on tile a few things to consider:

If you are doing outside projects look at either porcelain tile or natural stone. Both materials are freeze-thaw stable, and suitable for outside change of temperatures.

The larger the format tiles 8’’x48’’ 24’’x24’’ require the substrate to be super smooth:

Porcelain tiles are stronger than ceramic and come in slip-resistant finishes for high traffic and wet areas.

Mohawk, Shaw, Dixie Carpet, and Karastan are some of the major carpet manufactures we sell at Franchino's. Carpet comes in varied price points, colors, and textures to give your living space personal style. We even have carpet that is impossible to stain we challenge you to try. Make sure you ask your designer about our upgraded carpet pad that has a vapor barrier on top and bottom of the pad.

Luxury vinyl tile and plank

Luxury vinyl flooring performs well in almost any residential or commercial setting. Its surface resists scratches and scuffs, and it will never trap dust, dirt, or harmful allergens. Luxury vinyl flooring can handle spills and stains without any special treatments. Compared to other flooring options such as hardwood, tile, and laminate, luxury vinyl flooring is relatively comfortable underfoot. Why? It has a rather flexible construction, so it’s definitely not as hard as other floors. Furthermore, most luxury vinyl floors have extra layers, such as cork underlayment, that provide additional softness and support underfoot. These support layers help keep luxury vinyl floors actually warm to the touch as well.
